The Basic TEFL Course Program

the same classrooms as our Premium program. The course is 140 hours long in duration and is one

accommodation and trips. You can simply enrol just for the in-class training course and choose

What does the Basic TEFL Course Program include?

- Cultural Orientation. Studying in a foreign country can be an alienating
experience. We provide all our students with an in-country orientation so you are able to
understand the basics of Thai culture. Other important areas like certain language
essentials and an explanation of the process of obtaining visas and work permits in Thailand
are also addressed in this orientation. You will be required to bring copies of your
documents to this orientation session.
- A Thai SIM card. The documents you provide during the
orientation will be used to issue a Thai SIM card for you. This is to facilitate
communication between you and your prospective employees in Thailand. You may also use this
SIM to stay in touch with your family and friends and to use the Internet on your cell
phone.
- Thai Language Class. You will be attending one class in Thai Language to
understand Thai phonics and pronunciation. This class is designed to familiarize yourself
with the basics of Thai language and is conducted by trained professionals who teach the
Thai language.
- 140 hours of Extensive In-class Training. We teach the same in-class course
to our students enrolled in both the Basic and Premium programs. It is an internationally

- 3 Days of Real School Teaching Practice. You will be teaching various
subjects in a school in real time for three full days as part of your practical experience.
You will be interacting with real students who use English as a second language. This
teaching experience will be provided under close observation by your trainers.
- Volunteer Certificate. This is a certification given to you by the local
school district or by the School Director of the school where you teach for the above
mentioned three days. It is awarded in appreciation of the time you volunteered with the
school and is a recognition of your teaching experience in a real school environment.
- English Camp. This is conducted on the last day of your teaching practice.
It is a fun informal camp where you give yourself and the students at the school a chance to
think and speak in English, and win prizes for various activities in the process.
- Internationally Recognized TEFL Certification. At the end of successfully
completing our Basic Teacher Training course, you will be awarded our internationally
recognized TEFL certificate. Our certification is validated by The Thai Ministry of Foreign

What does the Premium TEFL Course Program include?

our Premium trainees. We will guide you through the process of obtaining a Visa before you
leave your country so that when you arrive in Thailand, you are legally on your way to
