Choose from student housing, homestay, hotels, hostels and more! All houses are located within 5 to 20 minutes walking distance from the school campus. Because of our proximity to the beach and the size of the island, this means all houses are also no more than about 10 minutes to absolutely everything you could imagine, from shops to night-clubs and, of course, the beach!

Student Houses:

Shared House (shared or double room): $270 USD a week = $1,080 a month
Do you like to share? If so, choose this option for a cheaper accommodation! These can be from 3-20 minutes away walking distance and you will share the kitchen and bathroom but have your own room.

Shared House (single room): $350 USD a week= $1,400 USD a month
These can be from 3-20 minutes away walking distance and you will share the kitchen and bathroom but have your own room.

Studios

Private Studio: (single room) $470 USD a week= $1,880 USD a month
This option is for a private room, bathroom and kitchen. It is also 3 to 20 minutes walking distance.

Private Studio (double occupancy at bigger house): $550 USD a week = $2,200 USD a month This option is for a private room, bathroom and kitchen. It is also 3 to 20 minutes walking distance.

Homestay: Share with a family

Private Room, Bed & Breakfast: $325 USD a week = $1,300 USD a month
Distance is up to 45 minutes away by public transportation, shared bathroom and it includes 1 meal (breakfast).

Private Room (Half Board): $385 USD a week = $1,540 USD a month
Distance is up to 45 minutes away by public transportation, shared bathroom and it includes 2 meals (breakfast and dinner).

Double Room, Bed & Breakfast: $240 USD a week = $960 USD a month
Distance is up to 45 minutes away by public transportation, shared bathroom and it includes 1 meal (breakfast).

Double Room, Half Board: $325 USD a week = $1,300 USD a month
